Our Process

#1 - Your Dream Session

This is where all the magic begins. We will schedule a phone call, Zoom meeting or coffee meeting where we will discuss all of your wedding dreams. We’ll talk about your personal style and walk through the timeline of your wedding with all the details, colors, and floral dreams you had. We’ll talk through the rest of the event process and answer any questions you may have about your design & event execution. Our goal is to get to know each and every client and it all begins with your Dream Session.

#2 Proposal

This is where we get to work. We’ll take all your ideas from our Dream Session and write it up into your personalized Event Proposal. When possible, we’ll outline your exact design and begin pricing your Dream Day. When needed, we’ll offer you choices and design options. You’ll receive this Proposal about a week after our initial meeting. Take your time to review it, and then we’ll schedule our Editing Consultation (#3).

#3 The Design Edit

Once you’ve had some time to review your Event Proposal and take some notes, we will schedule another phone call, Zoom session or coffee meeting to edit the Proposal based on your design and budget needs. We’ll make all the adjustments necessary, answer many questions, and make final selections with any choices available. Within 2-3 days of our meeting, you’ll receive your updated proposal. [Of course, further changes can always be made.]

#4 Event Retainer

Our non-refundable Event Retainer is $1000. After seeing all that we can offer for your Big Day, we request that you sign our Event Retainer contract and make your deposit to secure your date. We do not hold any dates without the Retainer. From this point, we can continue to make edits and add to your event - plus, it will officially be in our calendar!

#5 Road to wedding

We will continue editing all your Event Design as needed. We’ll make floral orders, choose vases, order candles and linen too. We’ll schedule our team, make all the notations and plans while keeping you in the loop the entire way. Sometimes this is a very long period of time and sometimes its just a few weeks. During this time we will schedule our Finishing Touches meeting (see below).

#6 Finishing Touches

This meeting will be scheduled thirty (30) days before your wedding or event date where we will review all the final design choices, finalize numbers and make any last necessary changes. This will be the last date for making changes to your event design plan. Now we can all count down the days to your Big Day!

#7 Wedding Day

All of our design planning unfolds on this day. We’ll make magic happen as your vision comes to life. We hope you enjoy every single moment of this beautiful day. We wish you a lifetime of happiness, love, joy and millions of memories to be made together.

#8 See the Magic

In the days after your wedding, we’ll clean up, pack away all the vases and details while you honeymoon or enjoy the first days of newlywed bliss. We’ll reach out with our post-event questionnaire and then together, we’ll wait for the beautiful photographs from your talented photography team. We cannot wait to relive your big day as we look through all the amazing photos!
